With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 family rooms, there is plenty of room for families traveling together to spread out, and multi-generational groups to enjoy.

Winter is wonderful at The Lookout! Cozy up by the fireplace as you watch the snow fall over the lake, or warm up with s’mores and laughs at the large firepit. Or if you’re looking for adventure, The Lookout is a fantastic basecamp for some of the area’s most beloved ski mountains, including Loon Mountain, Waterville Valley, Tenney Mountain, and Cannon.

The Lookout was exactly what we were looking for! Stacey’s place was just as described and was perfect for our group of 7 for a low key bachelorette. The lake is quiet but was perfect for a quick paddle/swim and the outdoor areas were very enjoyable! Beds were comfy, everything was clean, no complaints! Thanks for a great stay 😊

My family and I had a great time at The Lookout. Everything that you would need was provided. Just bring food and clothes and you are set. Location was perfect. You were tucked away on the lake, but about 10-15 minutes from Plymouth which has many restaurants and shops. But the best part was the home. Breathtaking views of the lake from everywhere in the house. The outside was just as good. We got to use the canoe and rowboat to fish and enjoy the lake. The fire pit was perfect to sit outside and watch the stars. Just a great place to make memories.

We had an absolutely wonderful time relaxing by the lake, celebrating my soon-to-be sis-in-law. The views are dream worthy. From kayaking on Loon Lake to hanging out by the fire pit, we couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful stay. When rain entered the forecast, the Airbnb was the perfect place to be. The living room was our all-time favorite, which was not only spacious overall, but allowed us to still enjoy the view with the dreary weather. Absolutely adored everything about this location!

We had the most wonderful stay at The Lookout the past few days on a ski trip with friends. The views are absolutely beautiful — such a peaceful setting to wake up to each morning. The home was spotless when we arrived and thoughtfully maintained, with so many lovely details that made it feel warm, cozy, and special.There was plenty of space for everyone, with lots of bedrooms that made it perfect for families traveling together. We especially appreciated how dog-friendly it was — it made the trip so much easier and more enjoyable to have our pups with us.The location was ideal for skiing at Tenney Mountain, and it was the perfect place to come back to after a full day on the slopes and relax together. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely love to come back again. Highly recommend!
